Tanzania Safaris

Tanzania, a masterpiece of nature

Savannas, swamps, forests, mountains, volcanoes, rivers and lakes cover more than a third of the country. Varied breathtaking landscapes comprise the habitat of the most important wildlife in the world both in terms of its quantity and its diversity. From UNESCO World Heritage sites like the Serengeti National Park, the famous Ngorongoro Crater and the mythical Mount Kilimanjaro to the remote and capacious reserves of Selous, Ruaha and Katavi and many other lesser known areas, the selection is extensive and allows beautiful discoveries.
Conquered by the Portuguese and subsequently by the Sultans of Oman, the Germans and then the British, Tanganyika and Zanzibar united to form the United Republic of Tanzania which celebrated its independence on April 26, 1964. There are still traces of its colonial past along the Swahili coast and on the island of Zanzibar.
Many treasures are hidden under the turquoise waters that border the archipelago of the islands of Zanzibar. The underwater fauna and the tranquility of the white sand beaches complete the wonderful natural riches of this country. Visiting Tanzania is a return to our origins, as if to go back in time. It is an opportunity to become aware of our environment’s beauty and fragility.
